Delete your OMGText account.

Request help closing your account by email, or delete it in the app under Settings → Delete account.

Deletion stops messaging and calls, removes your number assignments, and deletes account, subscription-verification, message, contact, device and call records from our live service. Processing starts immediately and retries automatically if a provider is temporarily unavailable. An anonymous deletion record prevents late store events from restoring the account.

Deleting in the app also clears history on that phone. Other phones and message recipients may still have local copies. Telnyx, Apple, Google and backup providers have separate retention policies. A released number cannot be recovered.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your account does not cancel store subscriptions, including additional numbers. You can still delete while subscribed. To stop renewals, use Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
